Message I know my stock one likes to rub on the stock ic piping and the rad cap.

I would be more interested in one that locks the hood in place. Some of you saw what happened to my hood at the Dallas Zcon car show. Same thing happened to my roommates Z at the track day this past weekend. gust of wind out of no where while his Z was sitting cooling down after a session. Except his hood didn't come back down, it went all the way over and onto the windshield. Some how nothing was damaged.

I am going to make a single locking rod for mine that goes from the hood latch on the frame to the latching loop in the hood. Pretty simple set up to make. I would use it at shows and such. But I would rather not have to use it everytime I want my hood open outside of my garage, but I guess I may have too for now.
